With another race meeting under our belt this time racing took us 2 hours past Melbourne to the country town of Heathcote and the Heathcote Park Raceway.

Arriving at 9.30am we unloaded the ute off the trailer and proceded out to scrutineering, once the ute was given the all clear we parked it under the carports and took the chance to have some breakfest while we waited for racing to start at 11am.

Once the track was announced open we made our first run which saw the ute do a best time straight up of 11.64sec @ 116mph.  

Although the day didnt meet all our expectations we still achieved 12 runs which saw consistent times of mid 11's with our best of 11.52sec @ 120mph come around mid day.

With the ute now making a comfortable 322rwkw we were aiming for a low 11sec pass but didnt quite reach it but none the less the day was still an improvement on our previous outing at Calder Park which saw the ute run 11.73 @ 116mph.

All in all the day went well and we arrived home with the ute in one piece so stay tuned for the next race meeting review as we chase down that illusive 10sec pass.
